Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Asheville, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations across a SNF facility.

You will supervise care teams, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to deliver high-quality resident care. RN or LPN licensure is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state or an LPN license where allowed.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing day-to-day nursing functions.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations; follow facility policies and procedures.
