Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group’s Autumn Care of Waynesville in Waynesville, NC, is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility. Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for North Carolina.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related setting.
- Proficient with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing daily SNF nursing services.
- Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure highest quality of care.
- Enforce health, sanitary and infection control policies and applicable standards.
