Jersey College seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. The role may include classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings to foster student learning and professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, is a licensed RN in the applicable state, and offers strong communication and mentoring skills to support successful student outcomes.

Competenze

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher nursing degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional Registered Nurse experience.

Mansioni

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students, as assigned.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence using program standards and established evaluation methods.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress reports and grade reports.
