Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for progression in nursing program administration.
• Ability to learn payroll, recruitment, registration, and advising software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students for instructional activities.
• Assist with department schedule building and payroll processing for part-time employees and adjunct faculty.
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Maintain department/division documents and records and assist with faculty paperwork and hiring.
