Job summary

SJC San Juan College is seeking a full-time Nursing Instructional Support Specialist to provide coaching and instructional support for nursing students. Responsibilities include developing tutoring plans, documenting student interactions, and collaborating with faculty on curriculum.

The position requires an associate’s degree in Nursing and a current RN license. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 for a 10-month annual work period and offers excellent benefits including health coverage and a gym membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as an RN.
• Current RN license issued by the New Mexico Board of Nursing or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico by endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and coaching to nursing students.
• Develop and implement individualized tutoring plans.
• Document and track tutoring sessions.
