Job summary
Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help evaluate, improve, and train AI models that touch clinical workflows and EHR systems. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexibility to work 10–40 hours per week, leveraging your RN background and informatics expertise to shape safer, smarter healthcare AI.
You will review AI outputs, annotate EHR scenarios, and provide actionable feedback to AI training teams, while ensuring clinical accuracy and practical
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical background with informatics experience.
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify documentation/workflow issues.
- Clear written communication skills to explain complex clinical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with nursing workflows.
- Review and annotate EHR-related scenarios and health informatics outputs.
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses related to nursing practice.
- Translate clinical knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI training teams.
- Assess usability and quality of AI-generated recommendations for clinical decision support.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
