Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to train and evaluate AI in healthcare. You will apply nursing and informatics expertise to help AI understand clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes from home.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to influence AI safety and usability across global teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical professional with nursing informatics experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Translate nursing workflows into structured feedback for AI models.
• Identify gaps or unrealistic representations in AI-generated EHR content.
• Assess AI responses related to clinical data and health IT systems.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback using rubrics and commentary.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
