Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and validate AI in clinical settings. You will review AI-generated content, assess accuracy, and ensure outputs align with real-world nursing practice.

This is a remote, hourly contract enabling flexible scheduling. You bring RN credentials and hands-on experience with EHRs like Epic or Cerner, with a keen eye for workflow nuances and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT.
• Experience with EHR platforms and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to provide structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability.
• Apply nursing workflows and EHR knowledge to identify gaps in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve clinical informatics concepts in AI models.
• Review and annotate clinical scenarios, data queries, and system design recommendations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
