Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content. You are an RN with informatics experience and will train AI systems for healthcare workflows, EHRs, and nursing documentation. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles.
• Strong analytical skills to spot issues in clinical/technical contexts.
• Clear, precise written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical workflows, EHR systems, and nursing documentation for accuracy and real-world applicability
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated clinical scenarios
• Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design
• Assess health information system concepts and flag inconsistencies with established clinical standards
• Provide detailed written evaluations using structured guidelines and rating frameworks
• Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings required
