Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help shape how AI understands and documents nursing care. You will contribute frontline clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, ensuring accurate EHR-related workflows and safe, real-world usability.

This remote, hourly-contract role welcomes nurses who want to impact AI in healthcare. As part of Alignerr, you will review AI outputs against clinical standards, translate workflows for AI teams, and flag issues,

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical content, responses, and workflows

What You'll Do

• Apply your nursing knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical content, responses, and workflows
• Review AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical documentation, and patient care for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability
• Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in how AI represents nursing practice and health informatics
• Translate complex clinical workflows and nursing logic into clear, structured feedback that AI teams can act on
• Assess how well AI handles clinical scenarios, terminology, and documentation standards (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
• Flag clinically unsafe, misleading, or unrealistic outputs and suggest evidence-based improvements

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify real-world gaps in AI-generated content
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation systems
• Familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner
