Alignerr is seeking Nursing Informatics Specialists to train and evaluate AI systems in healthcare. Bring real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes as nurses experience them.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours and collaboration with global experts. You will translate nursing workflows into structured feedback to improve AI performance, assess data quality and documentation, and validate outputs for

Qualifications

Registered nurse with clinical informatics exposure and healthcare IT understanding.
Experience working with major EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.
Ability to analyze workflows and translate into actionable feedback for AI.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content against healthcare workflows and EHR documentation.
Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic AI outputs in nursing informatics topics.
Translate real-world nursing workflows into structured feedback for AI improvement.
Assess AI recommendations on clinical data and health information systems.
Provide expert-level validation that AI outputs reflect safe nursing practice.
