Xenia Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator LNHA to lead the facility located in Xenia, OH. The administrator will guide operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and direct programs and activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home or related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operation of the facility, including programs and activities, in accordance with current state and federal laws and regulations
• Identify key performance indicators and establish an ongoing system to monitor them, including the QA/QI process
• Evaluate KPI outcomes with department heads and develop strategies to improve outcomes
• Develop and implement processes to maintain the fiscal health of the facility
• Serve as the facility representative and spokesperson to the public and in professional arenas
• Lead and coordinate management team meetings to discuss priorities and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members
