Xenia Health and Rehab in Xenia, OH is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold policy standards. You will oversee planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility's programs and activities.

The role requires an active LNHA license, a bachelor's in health administration preferred, and at least three years in a supervisory health care setting.

Formación

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license (unrestricted) in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the overall operation of the facility and its programs.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators, including QA/QI processes.
• Evaluate KPI outcomes with department heads and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain fiscal health of the facility through effective processes.
• Represent the facility publicly and in professional settings.
• Lead management team meetings and coordinate priority setting.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, employees, and families.
