Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Identify KPIs and monitor them via Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement processes.
• Evaluate KPI outcomes with department heads and develop improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement processes to maintain the facility's fiscal health.
• Serve as the facility representative and spokesperson to the public and in professional arenas.
• Lead and coordinate management team meetings to discuss priorities and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members.
