Qualifications

• Active New York State LNHA license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a skilled nursing facility administrator.
• Experience leading a large skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations and long-term care compliance.
• Proven leadership, operations, and financial management skills.
• Track record of supporting strong occupancy, referral development, and short-term rehabilitation growth.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience with surveys and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and financial performance.

About the Role

The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee all day-to-day facility operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This leader will collaborate with clinical, financial, admissions, and regional partners to support strong occupancy, a successful short-term rehabilitation program, survey readiness, and a positive resident and employee experience.
