Job summary

Complete Care Management in Monmouth County, NJ is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes resident-centered care, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive census growth, monitor metrics, and partner with regional leadership to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate has NJ LNHA licensure and a proven track record in post-acute or long-term

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is required.
• Experience leading skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care settings.
• Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Results-oriented with focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
• Experience with census development, staffing, financial performance, and quality improvement preferred.
