Job summary

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is required.
• Experience leading skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care settings.
• Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Results-oriented with focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
• Experience with census development, staffing, financial performance, and quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility’s daily operations.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and services are provided to residents.
• Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics.
• Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and the surrounding community.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals.
