Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations of a nursing facility, ensuring top quality care and strict adherence to federal and state guidelines. The role requires leadership across departments, and active governance with the board and medical staff.

The Administrator will direct policies, supervise staff, manage financial reporting, and implement corrective action plans to maintain compliance and resident safety. A valid LNHA license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field.
• Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Experience supervising healthcare staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct facility programs and activities per governing board guidelines.
• Assist directors with policies, procedures and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies by staff, residents, and visitors.
• Lead meetings to discuss survey findings and corrective actions.
• Develop plans of correction with monitoring timetables and follow-up.
