The ideal candidate will have a nursing home administration license, a bachelor’s degree, and 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations, delivering strong supervisory performance.

Qualifications

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong supervisory skills with focus on team development and performance management.
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure facility compliance at federal and state levels, including inspections.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with healthcare professionals.
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs.
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques.
• Foster a positive environment that engages residents.
