Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; LNHA preferred.
• Current LNHA certification.
• HFA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in long-term care administration.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
