Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center in Indianapolis, IN seeks a licensed LNHA to lead our skilled nursing facility with compassion and strategic vision. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion resident-centered care while guiding a diverse team toward quality outcomes and safe, dignified resident experiences.

You will work closely with the Director of Nursing, manage budgets, and drive performance improvement initiatives in a collaborative, inclusive

Competenze

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• Proven leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of LNHA regulations and operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and facility operations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Provide leadership and support to department managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Promote resident-centered care, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
