CareOne in Randolph, MA is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations with a salary range of $135,000–$185,000 per year. The role requires a US license and extensive supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong budgeting and regulatory skills.

You will oversee policy compliance, staffing, and financial reporting while maintaining resident quality of life and strong external relationships with agencies and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business/administration track is required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care setting.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license or reciprocity in the employed state.
• Ability to make independent decisions and supervise staff.
• Familiar with reimbursement regulations and long-term/subacute care administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Assist directors with performance evaluations and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance by residents, staff, visitors with policies and procedures.
• Direct services and programs at the facility and represent the center externally.
• Participate in Quality Improvement, Utilization Review, Infection Control, and Risk Management meetings.
• Review and approve plans of correction after deficiencies noted during surveys.
• Oversee budgeting, financial statements and cost controls.
• Recruit and supervise department directors and key personnel.
• Maintain communication with residents and families; ensure a warm, safe environment.
