FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Massachusetts. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor department managers to achieve clinical and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of healthcare leadership or long‑term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer and promote ethical practices.
• Lead and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure high‑quality resident care and meet quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, surveys, licensing requirements, and regulatory documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
