CareOne at Hanover Township in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations of a long-term care facility. You will direct staffing, budgets, policies and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, and an active Nursing Home Administrator license or reciprocity. Competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or a health-related field.
• Minimum five years' supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or reciprocity licensure in the employed state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
• Oversee budget development, revenue/expense controls and monthly financial statements.
• Maintain policies and procedures and communicate them to staff, residents and families.
• Represent the facility with outside agencies and third-party payers.
• Lead quality improvement, infection control, risk management and surveys.
