Job summary

CareOne at Randolph is hiring a Director of Nursing in Randolph, MA. You will lead the nursing service, coordinate care, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff to meet residents' needs and rights.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, a BSN with rehabilitative/geriatric focus, and prior long-term care management experience. A competitive salary ($140k–$160k) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in long term care nursing management.
• At least 2 years nursing managerial experience required.
• Travel as required for regional or corporate meetings and marketing duties.
• Currently licensed as RN in state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with two years of additional education in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing service department.
• Maintain a reference library and update resources for resident care needs.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as necessary.
• Develop action plans for systems issues and quality indicators.
• Review and analyze clinical outcome data and identify trends.
• Attend QA and A committee meetings and present data trends monthly.
• Assist in planning for resident admissions and discharges.
• Determine staffing needs and assign adequate nursing staff daily.
• Prepare nursing services budget in coordination with the Administrator.
