St. Patrick's Manor, Framingham, MA, is seeking an Assistant Administrator (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) to work with the CEO/Administrator in guiding the senior care community. The 303-bed nonprofit facility values compassionate leadership and regulatory readiness.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually based on skills and experience. Active MA NHA license and 1+ year long-term care experience are required, with a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Qualificações

• Active MA Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Long-Term Care.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop, implement, direct and assess objectives and goals for the St. Patrick's Manor senior care community.
• In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, participate in selection and review of administrative and management staff.
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of current regulations to maintain survey and inspection readiness.
• In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop and update Emergency Preparedness Plan.
• Review resident complaints and grievances, accidents and incident reports.
• Assist in preparation of annual operating budget.
