CareOne at Brookline is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility with a focus on quality care, compliance, and financial stewardship. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a health-related field and a nursing home administrator license, plus several years of supervisory experience.

You will oversee policies, budgeting, and day-to-day operations, while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public health administration, business administration or health-related field.
• Minimum five years' supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or reciprocity in employed state.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing policies and long-term care administration.

Aufgaben

• Maintain current written policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Assist department directors with performance evaluations.
• Communicate policies to residents, families, staff, and agencies.
• Direct services and programs; represent facility with outside agencies.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Infection Control meetings.
• Review surveys, prepare plans of correction, and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue/expense controls, and financial statements.
• Ensure resident rights, care quality, safety, and compliance with policies.
