Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Home in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with all regulations. The role requires strategic direction and strong financial stewardship.

You will supervise nursing, therapy, and support teams, foster a compassionate environment for residents and families, and maintain an active LNHA license and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LNHA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active LNHA license in good standing throughout employment.
• 2+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to coach and retain staff.
• Commitment to kindness, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintain and enhance the highest quality of care to residents.
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies.
• Oversee and guide a team of nurses, therapists, and support staff.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
• Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring best use of resources.
• Exhibit excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
