Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Home in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with all regulations. The role requires strategic direction and strong financial stewardship.

You will supervise nursing, therapy, and support teams, foster a compassionate environment for residents and families, and maintain an active LNHA license and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LNHA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active LNHA license in good standing throughout employment.
• 2+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to coach and retain staff.
• Commitment to kindness, teamwork, and professionalism.

• Two (2) or more years' of successful post-acute care experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff
• Commitment to kindness, teamwork, and professionalism
