Job summary

Zenith Healthcare in Danvers, MA seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with all laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical and support teams, manage budgets, interact with residents and families, and promote a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active LNHA license in good standing throughout employment.
• Two (2) or more years' post-acute care experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff.
• Commitment to kindness, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to maintain and enhance the highest quality of care to residents.
• Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies.
