Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead and mentor department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure high‑quality resident care and meet quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, surveys, and licensing requirements.
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and partners.
