Job summary

Parkdale Health and Rehab in Price, UT is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations, uphold quality of care, and drive sustainable growth. You will oversee clinical, administrative, and custodial teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and act as the face of the facility to residents, families, and the governing board.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration (preferred), current NHA license, and a strong, people-first leadership

Qualifications

• Prefer one year successful SNF Administrator experience.
• Very detail-oriented, especially with financial matters.
• Current State NHA license in good standing.
• Sincere concern for both employees and residents.
• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission.
• Create and maintain a wonderful place for our employees to work, and for our residents to live.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team; ensure they work together effectively.
• Hire (and fire) staff and employees at every level.
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed.
• Provide regular safety and compliance training.
• Create and maintain a budget to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Act as the 'face' of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families.
