Job summary

Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wyoming seeks a Nursing Home Administrator to lead all aspects of operations, regulatory compliance, budget, and resident care, with emphasis on compassionate leadership and community engagement.

This role requires a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or nursing, state NHA licensure, 3–5 years in healthcare management, strong financial and people skills, and the ability to build a collaborative team and excellent relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Current state licensure as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, preferably in long-term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and survey processes.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and resource optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the facility, ensuring operational excellence and high standards of care.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining survey readiness.
• Develop and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability through effective cost management.
• Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure individualized resident care plans are implemented effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents’ families, addressing concerns with empathy.
• Represent the facility in the local community and build partnerships.
