Job summary

STGi seeks a qualified Nursing Home Administrator for a future opening in Kernersville, North Carolina. This full-time role requires an active NC Nursing Home Administrator license and at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.

The administrator will develop operating and capital budgets, oversee resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating risk management and safety programs to support high-quality services for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's in health administration or business administration preferred.
• NC nursing home administrator license; minimum three years as administrator or senior manager in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive necessary care and services per care plans.
• Participate in facility assessments and resource planning for day-to-day and emergencies.
• Report survey findings, plans of correction, monitoring guidance to NC authorities.
• Monitor OSCAR data for accuracy; report discrepancies to state agencies.
• Maintain safe environment; ensure supervision and use of assistive devices.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges per regulations.
• Collaborate with insurer, counsel, and others to develop risk management program.
• Ensure HR policies comply with government laws and provide trained licensed staff on duty.
• Maintain infection prevention and control programs.
