Job summary

STGi seeks a Nursing Home Administrator for a future opening in Kernersville, NC. This role requires supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility, and an active Nursing Home Administrator license in North Carolina.

Qualifications

Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
Must hold a current unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license or meet NC licensure requirements.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct facility programs per NC guidelines.
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
Ensure residents receive necessary care per assessment and plan of care.
Participate in facility-wide assessments and monitor quality measures.
Provide NC with survey results, plans of correction, and follow-up surveys.
Oversee safety, risk management and OSHA compliance in the facility.
Oversee admissions, transfers and discharges per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage facility operations in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Direct budgeting, staffing, and program implementation to meet resident needs.
Monitor quality measures and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with insurance, legal counsel, and HR on risk and compliance.
