Job summary

STG International is seeking a Nursing Home Facility Manager for a future opening in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on supervising maintenance operations, ensuring safe building functions, and coordinating with administrators and inspectors to meet regulatory standards.

The candidate will oversee facility maintenance, inspect systems, and manage resources to support resident care. A degree in engineering/construction/business is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance/plant role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and various mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing facility-based and community-based hazards vulnerability assessments for emergency preparedness planning.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports; review findings with Administrator and Risk Manager.
• Participate in annual facility assessment to ensure resources meet resident needs.
• Ensure safe and proper functioning of environment and equipment for resident care.
• Provide daily supervision to maintenance; plan and schedule tasks for efficient operations.
