Job summary

STG International seeks a Director of Nursing for a future opening in North Carolina. You will oversee the nursing services department, ensure resident-centered care, and collaborate with health care professionals to support the facility mission.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a health care setting, and 6 months in rehabilitative nursing. Strong commitment to quality care and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility or related health care setting.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing services department and its programs in accordance with current regulations.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to support resident care and facility mission.
• Develop and maintain a QAPI program for the nursing services department.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments to ensure orders are followed.
