Job summary

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes in a 180-bed facility.

You will oversee census growth, budgeting, and staff engagement, partnering with residents, families, and the regional leadership to maintain a compassionate, compliant, and financially sound operation.

Qualifications

• Active TN Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement.

Position Summary

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.
