LCS is seeking a licensed nursing home administrator for The Forum in Cupertino, CA. Lead a 76-bed skilled nursing facility in a Life Plan community focused on resident care, safety, and engagement.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy, and leading quality initiatives. The role emphasizes teamwork and professional growth within a values-driven organization. Travel frequency: 0-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, business admin, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the senior living industry.
• Knowledge of federal and California skilled regulations, budgeting and financial management, quality improvement initiatives, survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

What We’re Looking For:
