Job summary

The Forum, a Life Plan community in Cupertino, CA, is seeking a licensed nursing home administrator to lead a 76-bed skilled nursing facility for LCS. The role emphasizes compliance with CDPH and federal rules, occupancy growth, and high resident satisfaction.

As a senior leader, you will drive financial management, quality initiatives, and a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional development, reporting to the LCS administration team in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership in senior living.
• Knowledge of federal and California skilled regulations, budgeting and financial management, quality initiatives, survey readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the 76 bed skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including CDPH requirements.
• Lead operational, financial, quality, and customer-satisfaction initiatives.
• Drive occupancy, census development, and resident satisfaction.
• Foster a culture focused on resident care, safety, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Ensure survey readiness and manage state and federal inspections.
• Promote teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth.
