Priority Management Group is hiring an Administrator in Training (AIT) in Grapevine, TX, for a full-time, multi-month on-the-job program. Trainees gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing facility, under an experienced preceptor, rotating across departments and learning CMS relations and regulatory requirements.

The program covers business accounting, risk management, and compliance, with emphasis on ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• Passionate about serving and protecting the frail, sick and elderly.
• Inspirational leader and mentor who brings out best in managers and staff.
• MBA or MHA preferred, but other advanced degrees or a Bachelor's Degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• The AIT Program is a full-time, multi-month program with practical on-the-job training in a nursing home under a supervising administrator preceptor.
• Rotation through departments and duties; learn CMS interactions and regulatory requirements for SNFs.
• Education in business/fiscal accounting management and risk management/health care compliance.
