Genesis Healthcare is offering an Administrator in Training (AIT) program designed to develop future Licensed Nursing Home Administrators. You will gain hands-on experience across departments, learn how each part of the center supports patient care, and progress toward licensure with structured mentorship.

Participants will rotate through operations, clinical areas, and leadership meetings, building critical skills to lead a skilled nursing facility successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare is desirable.
• Excellent communication across teams and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Join Genesis Healthcare's Future Leader Program to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Rotate through key departments to learn operations and patient care contributions.
• Receive mentorship and coaching to develop leadership, clinical, and management skills.
• Prepare for NAB and state licensure exams with guided study modules.
