Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to major departments and functions of a skilled nursing facility.
• Learn from an experienced Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Administrator.
• Complete the licensure pathway and regulatory requirements; 800–1,000 training hours over 6–15 months.
