Adept's Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program seeks a motivated and hands-on leader to join our skilled nursing facility leadership team in Nebraska. Qualifications

• Pursuing or eligible to pursue Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve operations and outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff.
• Assist with staffing, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
• Participate in survey preparation, regulatory visits, and improvement plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvement.
• Support census development, admissions, referrals, and community relations.
• Assist with labor management, budgeting, and other financial objectives.
• Address resident and family concerns to promote a positive experience.
