Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare management focus preferred.
• Experience in leadership roles in clubs, sororities/fraternities, class offices, or athletics.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn full nursing home operations including clinical, financial, regulatory, and resident satisfaction aspects.
• Train under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.
• Develop leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
• Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.
• During the first year, work across multiple facilities statewide to learn operations.
