Jersey College Fort Wayne Campus invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our Nursing Program as a Foundations of Nursing Instructor. The role focuses on clinical instruction at various care settings and shaping student learning.

The position requires MSN, an active RN license, and at least three years of RN experience; teaching or prior instructional experience is preferred. Jersey College emphasizes excellence in nursing education and professional development.

Qualificações

• MSN is required.

• Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a clinical environment that supports student growth and professional development.
• Prepare student progress reports and grade reports.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance records.
• Evaluate student competence against program objectives.
• Use evaluation tools to measure progress and competency.
• Attend faculty meetings.
• Maintain RN Instructor qualifications via continuing education and courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by program leadership.
