Qualifications

• Typically 5 years of nursing experience including 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage resources to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain staffing productivity and scheduling patterns within budget.
• Evaluate patient care quality using standards and indicators.
