Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field appropriate to the teaching profession is required.
• PhD in a field appropriate to the teaching profession is preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a teaching-related profession is required.
• Excellent communication and initiative with prudent judgment.
• Technological proficiency with LMS, simulation tools, and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Create engaging learning experiences using technology and evidence-based methods.
• Provide input to and implement course curriculum and materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
• Lead clinical learning activities or partner with faculty leading labs.
• Engage in scholarly activities related to teaching and nursing practice.
• Maintain current regulatory credentials and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure policy compliance and contribute to service and scholarship.
