Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing clinical experience.
• Strong communication, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Proficient with LMS, simulation tech, and online learning platforms; AI experience is a plus.
• Ability to create engaging learning environments and manage conflict.
• Collaborates across faculty and clinical partners.
• Maintains regulatory credentials and compliance as required.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
• Lead clinical learning experiences and ensure students are practice-ready.
• Provide mentoring and service to the Chamberlain community; participate in committees.
• Engage in scholarly activities related to teaching and nursing practice.
