Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing required; PhD preferred for teaching roles.
- Current Missouri nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and initiative with prudent judgment.
- Tech-savvy with LMS, simulation equipment, and AI-enabled platforms.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, online, clinical, and lab settings.
- Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
- Lead clinical learning experiences (clinicals, labs, simulations) and connect theory to practice.
- Contribute to community through service, committees, and program evaluation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students and new faculty.
